As is standard for mobile bartending services in Ontario, we provide the bar, professional bartenders, glassware, mixers and a custom cocktail menu. You purchase the alcohol based on an easy shopping list we provide, and any leftover bottles are yours to keep.
It depends on your guest count and bar style. As a general guide, one bartender comfortably serves up to about 75 guests. We'll recommend the right staffing level when you request your quote.
We're based in Brampton, Ontario and primarily serve Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including Mississauga and Vaughan. We're also available for select events in Vancouver and Miami — just book early to lock in the date.
We recommend booking 4-8 weeks ahead for most events, and 3-6 months ahead for weddings and peak summer dates, as availability fills quickly.
Yes — every booking includes a custom cocktail menu built around your favourite flavours. You can even name each drink after you, your partner or your event.
Absolutely. We're happy to build a mocktail menu alongside your cocktail list so every guest is taken care of.
Yes, we regularly set up at outdoor venues, backyards and gardens. Let us know your venue details when you book so we can plan for power, shade or a weather backup if needed.
Our bars range from 4ft to 12ft. We'll help you choose the right size for your venue and guest count during your quote.
A deposit secures your date once your quote is confirmed. Full deposit, payment and cancellation terms are outlined in your personalized booking agreement — just ask when you request your quote.
